Global Warming Dogsled Expedition – Part 2

2nd part of the documentary by French filmmaker/explorer Bertrand Lozay.

As a result of global warming, which has hit the so-called ice-covered part of Greenland especially hard, the ancient dogsled route from Uummannaq to Ilulissat via the sea ice is no longer in use. In the winter of 2007, a group of native Greenlanders from Uummannaq succeeded in finding a new dogsled route via the inland ice. This film follows them on their exciting journey.
